Basically brand new. Put gas in it once, but decided to switch to a non-Chinese carb. Once you tune it it runs well. One of the holes on the intake manifold had to be drilled out, so the bolt would fit. It comes with the carb, intake, manifold, air filter, nuts, and bolts, and some fuel line
